Absolutely! The workouts are designed to meet you where you are, with modifications and guidance to help you feel confident from day one.

Are these workouts ok for someone in menopause?

Yes! In fact, they are made for this season of life. Every move, rest break, and recovery strategy is intentionally programmed with midlife and menopause in mind.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts range from 10 - 30 minutes, depending on your time and energy. For example, with the Fit10 Formula, you get a full-body workout in just 10 minutes a day.

Do I need equipment?

Not really... Most workouts suggest the use of a mat (or any comfortable surface), a set of light dumbbells, some water to stay hydrated and about 10 minutes of "me time". You will need access to a phone/tablet with internet access since the workouts and nutrition support are found within the Flip this Chick Fitness App.

Can I do these workouts at home?
